Comfy and best possible location for our visit to a heian-era temple not too far from the hotel. Also - short walk to railway and bus. Very amiable staff and the room well-kept and brand-new with an extra bed, an openable window plus a sofa.

A double room was new-fashioned and the food was savoury. Had clean a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a work desk...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the heart of Fukuoka, just a stone's throw away from Hakata station. The location of this hotel is truly fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel itself was wonderfully clean and new, giving off a fresh and modern atmosphere. The rooms were well-maintained and surprisingly spacious, offering ample space for relaxation. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay.
There was not a single aspect that needed improvement during my stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Fukuoka. the location was perfect - just a short walk from Hakata Station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. Having an additional sink outside the bathroom was a helpful feature, and the option of an extra bed converted from a sofa provided great flexibility. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
No improvements needed - everything was just perfect.

Hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The room is modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed for my city trip. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and just a short walk to the train station.
The smell of smoke throughout the hotel was quite strong, even on the non-smoking floors. I found this off-putting as a non-smoker.

Brand new hotel, great single room with nice decoration and all amenities. Self-service check-in and check-out machines are amazing. Location is perfect for my plans as homebase with a JR Pass. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. One-stop laundry machine that does detergent, washes, and dries.
No negatives from this place.

I had a short stay at a hotel right next to Hakata station, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ultra-modern interior design. The rooms were fairly big and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and the food was delicious. The Italian music playing in the background added a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to be close to Hakata station. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the area, making it even more convenient. the rooms are new and modern with clean bathrooms. Guests loved the double washbasin setup, which is a unique feature.
The hotel staff could use some improvement in customer service, as some guests reported being treated rudely by some front desk staff members.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and I particularly appreciated the option of a triple bed. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of everything in Fukuoka, near the bustling Hakata JR station. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a lovely atmosphere.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Great location close to public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in providing advice on where to go and what to see in the city. It was great to have a laundry room available for guests to use.
The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around. The internet connection was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with work.
